Return policy

You have 14 days return rights on the goods, counted from the day they are received. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity. The customer carries the risk that the returned goods are properly packaged. You are therefore encouraged to store the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product. If you have lost it as a value pack, in case the package is lost, shipping will be done at your own risk. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. The amount will be returned immediately after FROSK has received the item and has had the opportunity to check the item. Please note that the return costs are borne by the customer and are not refundable. Read the practical details under "Complaint and return of goods".

Complaints and return goods

Please note that we do not receive packages sent per. COD. Return can also be done by failing to receive the item and by failing to collect the item at the GLS package center.

It is not a requirement, but you promote fast and accurate expedition if you provide a copy of the attached order confirmation, invoice and bank account number for which refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence etc. However, some form of identification is needed for us to detect who the package is from and where the money is to be refunded.

FROSK expects you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified repatriation and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted.

You may lose your purchase amount in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired because:
• The product has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
• You have handled the item differently than necessary to determine the nature, property, and manner of the item.

Your purchase is covered by the purchase act, including the shortcomings. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.


It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the problem has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you advertise as quickly as possible and within 2 months after the error was detected.

When you return the item in connection with the complaint, please describe best possible what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our handling and minimizes the time of processing for the complaint.

For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to ship the item back to us. If not, you will be responsible for all transport costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, and we may charge you an amount of up to 200 DKK for examination of the item.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until we have received the goods. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. information on shipping costs and, if applicable, track and trace number.

Note! We do not receive packages sent on demand or the like.


In the case of agreed returned goods or prepaid goods, which are canceled prior to shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and FROSK will therefore need information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed without further notice. e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.


Terms of service

The following terms and conditions apply too all purchases in the FROSK online shop www.frosk.dk, and all other domains owned by FROSK.


These terms and condition are accepted by the customer in connection with the purchase of the order and will also be available on the FROSK websites at all times. The conditions will be updated on a regular basis and displayed on www.frosk.dk.

Orders made between mon. - fri. before noon 12.00, will be handled the same day. Orders made outside this time will be handled the following business day.


Ordering products
Final agreement between you and FROSK is considered to be concluded once we have confirmed the order. If we are unable to meet your order due to eg. soldout items, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. You are responsible and bear the risk that the entered customer information is correct, as FROSK does not subsequently validate or check this information.

Prices and payment
The current price is the one that is stated on the website for the product concerned on the day of the order. All quoted EUR prices are incl. Danish VAT of 25%. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect. Shipping costs are included to all of EU.

FROSK receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort / MasterCard / Maestro / JCB / American Express. Payment will only be deducted from your account when we ship the item.

FROSK encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. Also note that the page where you provide your card information looks different from the rest of the store - this is because of PBS's requirement that the page should be secure and information encrypted.

FROSK provides delivery with GLS (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient. The delivery is not delivered directly to the home address, but delivered to the GLS package shop that is closest to the specified address in the order delivery.

We will ship the order the same day as you have placed your order if the order is made before 12.00 (noon) on weekdays - orders delivered after 12.00 (nnon), will be sent the following weekday. As FROSK cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot accurately indicate when the item will be delivered to the customer's address. In cases where the requested item is not in stock at the time of booking, we will contact you with information on the further course. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase if the entire performance is delayed by agreement.

We supply in Denmark, the Faroe Islands Greenland and the rest of the EU. Delivery costs are stated in the order confirmation and are paid in part by the buyer and in part by FROSK.


For delivery outside of the EU, the customer must pay duties, VAT and any other charges imposed on imports in the country of delivery. Unless otherwise stated, the Customer is also solely responsible for the related formalities. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to investigate whether the ordered goods can be imported according to the country of dispatch.


Overall agreement
These terms and conditions apply together with the website's prices, contract details and guidelines regarding protection of personal data, the overall agreement that relates to our supply of goods to you.

FROSK is subject to the Danish Personal Data Act and any processing of personal data is subject to compliance with the Personal Data Act. FROSK is, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, to be regarded as a data controller for the information registered about customers and visitors at http://www.frosk.dk. By purchasing at frosk.dk you agree to our privacy policy.

FROSK collects information in various ways when you use frosk.dk. The guidelines below describe the type of information we collect, how we treat this data, and who you can contact if you have questions or comments about our policies.

What information do we collect?
FROSK collects information about our users in two ways: Through cookies and through registration.

In general, FROSK asks for personal and user-related information only when you wish to sign up for newsletters, competitions or other services. Personal information collected by FROSK is primarily restricted to email address, name, address, gender and age, but may also contain other information which in these cases are optional for the user.

Upon purchase on the website, FROSK shall require the customer's name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to effect the order and this information will be used solely for processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in un-encrypted form and stored for five years.

You can optionally put your email address on a mailing list at FROSK, so you can receive news and other information on a regular basis. This service allows you to sign up and unsubscribe at any time and at no cost.

FROSK does not store names and e-mail addresses of users who have unsubscribed services.

On www.frosk.dk cookies are used to optimize the site and its functionalities, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You always have the option to delete cookies from your computer. Specifically, FROSK uses the following third party cookies.

How do we protect your personal information?
It is important for FROSK that your personal information is kept safe and confidential. Access to all registered user data at www.frosk.dk is limited to trusted employees and our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our users' information is handled properly and with due regard to the user's rights.

Unfortunately, however, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security for data transfers over the Internet. When data is sent and stored electronically, there is always a risk that unauthorized persons gain access to protected data before reaching our servers. So, while FROSK tries to protect your personal information in the best possible way, we cannot guarantee 100% security of any information. You send your data at your own risk.

Who do we share personal information with?
When you register on www.frosk.dk or otherwise disclose your information, FROSK will not under any circumstances transmit or sell information that may be associated with identifiable individuals to third parties without your explicit permission. Likewise log files and other standard information, will also not be disclosed or sold to third parties.

Changes to guidelines
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, FROSK may make changes to our processing of private information when necessary. FROSK reserves the right to update and modify the guidelines in this document.

Your statement and change / deletion of personal data
When you visit www.frosk.dk, you accept the above guidelines. If your personal information changes, such as your email address or if you no longer wish to use the services you have subscribed to at www.frosk.dk, it is possible to update or delete your personal information by sending an email to wecare@frosk.dk.
